Cancellation & refund policy
Your appointment time is reserved for you. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel. For paid appointments, full payment is required at booking, and payments are non-refundable, including for no-shows. Special exception requests may be reviewed by the practice.
Advance payment
Full payment is required at booking for every paid treatment, including EBOO, with no exceptions to advance payment. Confirm the service and total cost before authorizing payment. Booking and payment steps open on separate linked pages; these informational pages do not maintain a payment-card form.
Complimentary introductions and education consultations
Introductory consultations about EBOO and IV therapy are complimentary ($0), last 30 minutes and take place by phone. Request a time by phone or email through the Contact page; a request is not a confirmed appointment.
The separate exosome/stem-cell education consultation is $95 for 30 minutes, with the fee applied toward treatment. Confirm how the fee will be applied with the practice. Hair and facial treatments are consultation-first.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Contact the practice by telephone or email to request a change. Confirm that the practice received and accepted the change; sending a message alone does not confirm a new appointment.
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel. Payments are non-refundable, including when an appointment is missed. Giving notice does not automatically create a refund.
Refunds and treatment packages
Payments are non-refundable. The practice may review refund requests in special exception cases. A request or review is not a refund approval; confirm the decision directly with the practice.

Late arrivals and unexpected circumstances
If you are running late or an unexpected circumstance affects your visit, contact the practice promptly to discuss the available arrangements. Any rescheduling or exception must be confirmed by the practice.
