Scope and relationship to clinical privacy

This policy covers the informational website and inquiries made using its contact links. It is separate from the practice’s Notice of Privacy Practices for protected health information. Reading the website or contacting us does not establish a clinician–patient relationship.

Information you provide

If you call or email, you choose what to share, such as your name, contact details and the reason for your inquiry. The website links to separate online booking pages; appointment and payment steps open there. These informational pages do not contain an embedded patient intake form, patient account, booking form or payment-card form. Telephone and email links open separate services.

Please do not send detailed medical history, payment-card details or emergency information through ordinary email. Call the practice to request an appropriate way to provide sensitive information.

Information collected when pages load

The website uses Med Spa Marketing AI hosting. Pages request fonts from Google Fonts, images from Filesafe and Google-hosted storage, and video from Filesafe. Your browser connects to these services to load the pages.

Those requests disclose technical connection information, including your IP address and browser request details, to the receiving service. Hosting services may process operational logs and diagnostics. The site does not contain an added analytics or advertising pixel in its current source. This does not mean that hosting or resource providers receive no information.

How information is used and shared

Information you send in an inquiry is used to respond and discuss the arrangements you request. Technical services process connection information to deliver website resources and support their operation. The services involved in a telephone call or email also handle that communication under their applicable terms.

This website policy does not authorize the sale of personal information or the use of medical information for advertising. Ask the practice about its wider records, communications and service-provider arrangements before sharing sensitive information.

Cookies, browser choices and California Do Not Track disclosure

You can manage cookies and site permissions through your browser. The current website source does not implement a separate response to a browser Do Not Track signal. Blocking third-party resources can affect fonts, images and video.

Ordinary internet communications cannot be guaranteed secure. Use the practice’s requested secure process for clinical records and payment information.

Children’s information
