Individual assessment and eligibility
Clinical care requires an individual assessment, a treatment plan and the applicable consent process. A website description, inquiry or payment does not determine whether a treatment is suitable or will be provided. Ask the practice about eligibility, preparation, risks and alternatives.
Individual results and photographs
Results vary according to the individual and the treatment. No specific outcome is promised or guaranteed. A description of an ingredient, mechanism or research area does not establish a clinical benefit for a particular person.
Photographs are not a promise of results. Any future testimonial or before-and-after use requires separate permission and appropriate context. Website materials and third-party images retain their respective owners’ rights.
Appointments, payment and cancellation
Visits are by appointment. Full payment is required at booking for paid treatments, including EBOO, with no exceptions to advance payment. Confirm your service, total cost and appointment details before paying. Standard-dose IV prices are listed on the IV therapy page; custom dosing is discussed with your clinician.
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel. Payments are non-refundable, including for no-shows. The practice may review special exception requests; review does not guarantee a refund. Introductory consultations about EBOO and IV therapy are complimentary ($0), last 30 minutes and take place by phone. They can be requested by phone or email through the Contact page. A request is not a confirmed appointment. The separate exosome/stem-cell education consultation is $95 for 30 minutes, with the fee applied toward treatment. Hair and facial treatments are consultation-first.
Pricing, availability and financing
Confirm current prices, inclusions and service availability with the practice. Descriptions may change as information is updated. Do not rely on a website description as a confirmed booking.
No financing provider or loan offer is established by this website. Any financing arrangement would require its own verified provider information and separate terms.
Communications and privacy
Ordinary email may not be appropriate for sensitive medical or payment information. Use the practice’s requested secure process. Review the Privacy Policy for current website data flows and request the clinical privacy notice for medical records.
The current website has no SMS or email-marketing opt-in. A separate opt-in and its applicable disclosures are required before enrolling in a marketing program.
